Where to find your UID: open Call of Duty: Mobile and tap your profile picture in the top-left corner. The number printed under your name is your UID. Copy it carefully and check it twice — a top-up sent to the wrong account cannot be reversed, by us or by Activision.

Do you need my account password?
No, and we never will. A CP top-up only needs your numeric UID. Anyone asking for your password or a login code is trying to steal the account. We only ask for your UID, a Gmail address and a phone number so we can reach you if something goes wrong.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are completed within a few minutes of the payment confirming on-chain. Larger packs during an event can take longer if Activision queues the transaction. If it goes past two hours, message us on Telegram and we will chase it.
Why is there a $10 minimum?
Our crypto gateway will not process smaller amounts, because the network fee would eat most of the payment. Add two or more packs to the cart to get over the line. The 88 CP and 160 CP packs are designed to be combined.
What does Limit 1 mean?
Activision caps the promotional price at one purchase per pack size. That limit is theirs, not ours, and we pass it on exactly as it is. After the first purchase of a given size, that pack returns to standard pricing.
Which crypto can I pay with?
USDT is the most common choice, on either TRC20 or BEP20. NOWPayments also accepts BTC, ETH, LTC and several others. Pick the network with the lowest fee for your wallet, and always send on the network the invoice shows.
What if I send the wrong amount?
Underpayments are held by the gateway and we contact you to settle the difference. Overpayments are refunded to the address you paid from. Never send a second payment to the same invoice without telling us first.
Can I get a refund?
If we fail to deliver, or we deliver the wrong item, you get a full refund. Once the CP is on your account the sale is final, because a top-up cannot be reversed. That is why we ask you to double-check your UID before ordering.
Is this safe for my account?
Yes. A UID top-up is the same mechanism the official store uses, so there is nothing unusual for Activision to flag. We do not log into your account, install anything, or touch your settings.
